Description
The 3XP Smart Solutions Add-On consists of 4 modules that offer better sales and administration management to companies. The Add-On is developed without modifying any standard objects, making it much easier to manage updates.
Italian Electronic Invoicing (FE)
This module allows the user to activate a connection between the system a certified intermediary for sending and receiving Italian electronic invoices. The module can send all posted invoices with one click in few seconds. It can take care about the status of the sent invoices and is able to receive passive invoices with automatic reconciliation of receipts made from purchase orders.
This solution is using an external assembly components (DLL’s) created by third party to communicate with their portal (Abletech and 2CSolutions).
Due to the specific application this module can be installed only on Italian Localization database and use in Italian language (and also only in Italy).
365 Order Taking (OT)
This module allows to extend the order entry of sales orders through a dedicated web portal with simplified item search. All features are managed entirely by the ERP module including prices and discounts defined on customer into ERP system.
365 Employees (EM)
This module allows you to integrate presences, absences and expense reporting directly in the ERP system by collecting information from badging system or mobile devices. On mobile you can also enter the presence when employee is outside the company with GPS location recording. It allows you to insert an absence request such as vacations or injury/hill, records expenses by photographing receipts that are sent directly to the personnel administration. Finally, all the information is collected in a worksheet from where you can export a file for the external payroll office.
Credit Risk Management (RM)
It is a module that integrates Cerved services, an Italian Company, for credit risk management. It allows you to make API calls and record detailed customer information such as number of employees, annual turnover, judicial disputes, solvency, compliance with payment times, owners, etc.
Foundation (FO)
This module at the moment has no extra objects and includes all other modules (complete object range).
