Standard Business Central only offers you one BOM/routing per item. With this Powerblox you can have multiple BOMs/routings. You can create multiple routings per item which comes in handy when you have an alternative production process (f.e. more or less manual steps). This feature offers you the possibility to produce an item in multiple ways.
 
Production Dashboard
The production dashboard is giving you a clear cockpit of all tasks and the capacity still left.
On this dashboard, all information and functions are available to let the production planner do his job.
 
Easy output registration
Registering output can be done by the production employees or by a warehouse employee. The system is designed that employees only have to enter limited information and can use scanning.
 
Paperless factory floor
For the production employees, this Powerblox has a completely digital dashboard by work center, so no paper is needed on the production floor. All necessary functions like their production tasks, time registration, call for components are available.
